Upgrades require an existing license of SmartSync Pro per license ordered. If you have lost your registration number you will need to submit to Registration Key Request form. Upgrade purchase includes free maintenance for all minor updates. If you have purchased SmartSync Pro 3.xx after October 01, 2011 then you can request a license key for SmartSync Pro 4.xx for free.
