I purchased a Netgear SC101 and cannot activate SmartSync Pro.

1. How do I find the activation number?
2. I found the serial number. How to activate the software?
3. I tried to activate, but the software tells me that I have invalid serial number.

Q: How do I find the activation number?
A: You will find the serial number on the bottom side of your NetGear SC101 device. Use serial number without * in upper case.

A: Please, use Windows button Start | Programs | SmartSync Pro | SmartSync Pro Activation.
