Transfer via Email

Use the Email transfer method to send and receive packages via Email. SmartSync Pro can send a package via SMTP server and can receive a package from POP3 mailbox.

Send package to email address

Enter the email address that you want to send the package to. You may enter it using two formats:

•Email only. For example: my_email@mydomain.com

•User name + Email. For example: My Name <my_email@mydomain.com>

You can split emails with a package by a given size to prevent sending overly large emails.

Note:

If you want to send package to more than one recipient use semicolon ";" to separate addresses. For example: my_email@mydomain.com;his_email@mydomain.com

Receive package from POP3 Server

SmartSync Pro can download a package directly from a POP3 mailbox. Use the Advanced button to open the POP3 Properties dialog box in order to edit the list of POP3 servers and login information.
